Summer Camps

MAC arts programs go beyond the school year! We have a wide variety of hands-on arts camps during the summer. MAC will offer a variety of arts experiences, including Photography, Dance, Mixed Media/Media Arts & Theater camps for children ages 5-17.

Our camps are priced to be accessible to all. If you need additional financial assistance to attend our camps, please fill out our scholarship application HERE.

Bridgeport Art + Nature Camp (ages 8-14), with Kristi Day

June 27th

A one-day camp for kids age 8-14 where we explore several different art projects and have fun outside in nature. Taught by Kristi Day.

Lee Vining Art + Nature Camp (ages 8-14), with Kristi Day & Nora Livingston

July 5th-7th

A three-day camp for kids age 8-14 where we explore and learn about nature and ecosystems, and try our hand at several different art projects along the way. We will be hiking and canoeing as part of this camp. This camp is in partnership with the Mono Lake Committee and is taught by Nora Livingston and Kristi Day.

Mammoth Lakes Dance Summer Camp (ages 8-11, AM only), with Ally Tapley

July 10th-13th

Students ages 8-11 will learn contemporary dance through the original and new music of The Little Mermaid! This camp will end with a Dance Showcase on July 13th.

July 31st-August 4th

Campers will have the opportunity to rehearse and perform an original 30-minute musical based on the life, times, and communities of Walker, CA, Coleville, CA and the US military base. The show will be written, composed, and directed by Andrew Joseph Perez.

Campers will get an inside look into producing an original 30-minute musical based on the life, times, and communities of Walker, CA, Coleville, CA and the US military base. The show will be written, composed, and directed by Andrew Joseph Perez.
