Call for Student Artists

In the spirit of the whimsy, curious characters, and unique beauty found in Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, artists, ages 5-18, are asked to create images that show us what the world looks like through their eyes, and in their imaginations - "in the world that lies beyond our everyday senses."

Artwork submission

Please complete the artist submission form for the theme Through the Looking Glass by April 7, 2025.

All mediums accepted, including written word. 

Artists ages 5-18 are welcome to submit.

Final artwork dropoff

Physical artwork is due by April 11 at Mono Arts Council Gallery & Community Arts Center.
 

Exhibit tentatively opens Monday, April 14th, 2025 Reception May 3rd, 5:30 - 7:30pm

Call for Artists

As winter gives way to spring, as rain relieves drought, as life slowly returns after fire, we find hope. This can be expressed in any style: realistic, abstract or metaphorical.

Artwork submission

Please complete the artist submission form for the theme Regeneration: Awakening in the Aftermath by May 5th, 2025.

All mediums are welcome. Generally, maximum size is 36x24. While you may submit larger pieces for consideration, space does not always allow it. Up to three entries allowed per person. As a community gallery, we aim to include at least one piece from each person who enters.

Final artwork dropoff

Physical artwork is due by May 17th at Mono Arts Council Gallery & Community Arts Center.
